dis51 software package provides Disassembler for 8051 code in Intel Hex format, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dis51
dis51 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dis51 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dis51 *
You will get with dis51 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
